HireSalt is a digital service: nothing physical is shipped.
2. Delivery
- Credits or plan access are delivered to your HireSalt account after your payment is confirmed.
- Delivery happens within 48 hours, and usually within minutes.
3. If You Have Not Received Your Purchase
If your credits or plan access have not appeared within 48 hours of payment, email us at hello@hiresalt.com from the email address on your HireSalt account, with the payment ID or the date of the payment.
