Heatmap and Quadrant Views

Last updated

The heatmap and quadrant views give you at-a-glance visual analytics for all candidates in a job.

Heatmap

The heatmap is a grid where rows are candidates and columns are criteria. Each cell is colour-coded: green (strong), yellow (average), red (weak). Quickly spot which criteria are under-performing across the pool.

Quadrant View

Plots every candidate on a 2D plane using two criteria as axes. Candidates in the top-right quadrant are strong on both dimensions. Use the axis dropdowns to choose which criteria to plot.
